This rapidly scaling international tech consultancy is looking for a proactive, commercially minded Finance Manager / Management Accountant to join their high-performing team. Working closely with a fractional Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping a smarter, more efficient finance function as the business continues its ambitious growth journey.

This is a broad, varied, and hands-on role where you’ll have exposure far beyond traditional management accounting, including:

  • Owning day-to-day responsibility for the sales ledger and credit control, purchase ledger and financial record-keeping
  • Leading and supporting month-end close and the creation of insightful management reporting packs
  • Producing KPI dashboards, performance reporting and commercial insight for leadership
  • Analysing project profitability, margins, utilisation and operational performance
  • Enhancing and developing internal reporting tools, dashboards and finance processes
  • Working closely with the Finance Director on ad-hoc analysis, scenario modelling and business performance
  • Helping optimise and leverage Salesforce data and Xero reporting to strengthen financial visibility

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Part-qualified ACCA / CIMA
  • Experience in a tech consultancy, IT services, or project-based environment
  • Strong grounding in management accounting, reporting and financial analysis
  • Confident working in a hands-on, scale-up environment where processes are evolving
  • Comfortable using Xero and working with Salesforce data (or similar CRM/project systems)
  • Proven ability to improve processes, enhance reporting, or support systems development
  • A strong communicator who enjoys partnering with non-finance stakeholders and influencing leaders
