Marketing & Events Executive

Location: Maple Cross, Rickmansworth (Hybrid – office based 3 days per week)

Join our client who is an innovative technology company. Our client is seeking for a Marketing & Events Executive to enhance our brand awareness, drive growth, and increase product exposure in the market.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, social media, events, website, and landing pages.
  • Coordinate product launches ensuring timely delivery of marketing campaigns, content, and communications.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of marketing channels, ensuring content is planned, published, and optimized.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Lead to create and manage branded content for campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and update marketing content including sales collateral, website copy, and other materials.
  • Utilize WordPress for website content editing and SEO improvements.
  • Track and report on campaign KPIs using HubSpot, providing insights to enhance marketing activities.
  • Manage campaign assets and documentation, ensuring organization and accessibility.
  • Plan and coordinate events across the US and EMEA, managing all aspects from planning to post-event follow-up.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align the events programme with commercial priorities.
  • Handle event logistics, budgets, content requirements, and supplier relationships to ensure high-quality delivery and delegate experience.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for HubSpot, managing marketing campaigns and CRM data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or relevant experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience in the technology, software, or SaaS industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency with CMS (e.g., WordPress) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and able to bring innovative ideas to marketing and events.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain project schedules.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Analytical skills to track campaign effectiveness and identify trends.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across the business.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
