Are you passionate about data, automation, and the future of electric vehicles? Join one of the UK’s fastest-growing EV automotive innovators as a Management Information (MI) Analyst, where your dashboards and automations will drive strategic decisions at the highest level.

As our MI Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for transforming raw data into powerful insights. You’ll:

• Design and deliver interactive Power BI dashboards to support senior leadership
• Automate reporting and data workflows using Python and VBA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and opportunities
• Provide actionable insights that shape business strategy and operational efficiency
• Continuously improve data processes and reporting accuracy

• Proven experience with Power BI and data visualization
• Strong skills in Python and/or VBA for automation and RPA
• A sharp analytical mind with a passion for storytelling through data
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment (automotive or tech a plus!)
• Mandarin speaking will be of huge benefit
