• Daily Rate: £550 (Outside IR35)
• Location: London, Hybrid 
• Job Type: Interim Contract, 6 months

We are seeking an NEC Developer for a significant and complex project aimed at enhancing service delivery for tenants and leaseholders. This role is crucial for fostering collaborative working across Housing and wider Council services, providing a unified view of customers, and improving operational efficiencies and debt recovery processes.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Re-implementation of NEC Housing and enablement of the Account Analytics functionality.
• Address current gaps in KPI and operational reporting.
• Support income collection processes for rent and service charges.
• Incorporate 4,500 leasehold properties into NEC Housing for improved visibility.
• Realise efficiency gains by reducing the effort required to maintain data across multiple core applications.
• Conduct a skills transfer to permanent officers within the Housing directorate at the end of the project.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in Housing business processes.
• Detailed understanding of the NEC Housing database and data structures.
• Ability to manage complex data integration and migration projects.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills for effective skills transfer and collaborative work.
