NEC Housing Developer – Contract Role

Location: Wembley, London 

Contract: 6 months (Temp–ongoing expected) 

Rate: £550 per day (Outside IR35) 

Working Pattern: Hybrid (TBC)Overview We are seeking an experienced NEC Housing Software Developer to support the configuration, enhancement, and ongoing development of NEC Housing systems within a housing or local authority environment.Key Responsibilities

• Support and participate in system design workshops
• Configure and upgrade NEC Housing Management modules
• Develop and maintain Oracle-based solutions
• Perform functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide technical expertise during system upgrades and enhancements

Technical Skills & ExperienceEssential: 

• Strong SQL scripting experience
• Oracle Database expertise
• Oracle Apex development experience
• Proven NEC Housing system experience
• XML, JSON, SOAP, and REST API experience

Desirable:

• Java development
• Local authority or social housing experience
