NetSuite Team Lead 

• Location: Central London
• Job Type: Full Time (2 days a week onsite)

 A new exciting, urgent NetSuite Team Lead permanent position has become available to join a fast-growing marketplace ecommerce company. You will play a crucial role in stabilizing their ERP support and driving improvements, ensuring operations scale effectively with the companies' ambitious goals. You will handle complex second-line issues, manage Jira intake, and coach a small technical team of up to 5 ERP analysts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a distributed team of up to 5 ERP analysts.
• Manage Jira intake processes including ticket triage, prioritization, and clear assignment.
• Monitor workloads, maintain visibility with leadership, and proactively flag risks.
• Provide expert second-line NetSuite support focusing on roles, workflows, reports, and permissions.
• Serve as an escalation point during critical financial periods such as month-end and quarter-end closes.
• Champion thorough documentation to ensure each fix enhances our knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT to identify root causes and streamline processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience with NetSuite in a functional or systems support role.
• Hands-on skills with NetSuite functionalities such as searches, reports, workflows, roles, and permissions.
• Proven experience in leading a small team or managing a workstream.
• Proficiency technical experience in Jira/Confluence with a structured approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage across different time zones; fluency in English is a must.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Coupa, Alteryx, Anaplan, Salesforce.
• Functional knowledge of SnapLogic or integration monitoring tools.
• Experience in Audit/SOX/ITGC support.
