Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days in office/on-site)Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an IT Network Engineer with experience in operating, maintaining, and implementing Fortinet SD-WAN to join our client's team based at their Head Office in central London.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major transformation journey as we transition from a legacy setup to a modern Fortinet SD-WAN infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and improve network infrastructure to ensure high availability, integrity, and optimal performance.
• Work closely with network delivery and support partners to maximise uptime and proactively resolve issues.
• Lead and support IT projects, ensuring network requirements are met, capacity is planned, and services are successfully introduced.
• Drive continuous service improvements by applying best practices and innovative solutions to enhance network reliability and security.

What We’re Looking For

• Essential:
  • Experience operating, maintaining, and implementing Fortinet SD-WAN
  • CCNA Enterprise and/or CCNP (Routing & Switching/Wireless) / Security accreditation or equivalent
  • Experience working with service providers and suppliers
  • NOC experience with a desire to be more hands-on/project-based
