My client, a tech company based on London, is searching for an Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to be instrumental in maintaining daily office operations and supporting remote staff across Europe. This role combines administrative duties with personal assistant responsibilities for the CEO, ensuring a productive and well-organised working environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
Office & Operations Administration
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office.
- Support staff with logistics and IT coordination.
- Oversee office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
- Lead onboarding/offboarding.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and process expenses.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance and a professional work environment.
- Organise internal events and team communications.
PA to CEO
- Manage the CEO’s diary and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate internal/external meetings and logistics.
- Handle confidential correspondence and admin tasks.
- Support leadership with ad hoc projects.
