My client, a tech company based on London, is searching for an Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to be instrumental in maintaining daily office operations and supporting remote staff across Europe. This role combines administrative duties with personal assistant responsibilities for the CEO, ensuring a productive and well-organised working environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

Office & Operations Administration

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Support staff with logistics and IT coordination.
  • Oversee office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
  • Lead onboarding/offboarding.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and process expenses.
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and a professional work environment.
  • Organise internal events and team communications.

PA to CEO

  • Manage the CEO’s diary and schedule meetings.
  • Coordinate internal/external meetings and logistics.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and admin tasks.
  • Support leadership with ad hoc projects.
