Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Mobile Phone Contract Renewal
    • Obtain renewal pricing and T&Cs from supplier
    • Compare against current contract and analyse costs, risks, and savings
  • Lease Renewals
    • Liaise with landlords and review new agreements against existing terms
    • Negotiate pricing and terms
    • Work with Office Manager on any site-related concerns
  • Adobe Licences
    • Review current licences and expiry dates
    • Coordinate renewals and purchase additional licences as needed
  • Facilities
    • Source quotes for electrical repairs
    • Arrange contractor to resolve floor socket issues
  • IT & Systems
    • Work with Wanstor to assess Papercut cloud migration and firewall upgrades
    • Liaise with Southern Communications on contract renewal and pricing
  • Onboarding & Equipment
    • Support new starters with phone/laptop setup and procurement
    • Coordinate with IT provider on user profiles
  • Fleet Support
    • Assist part-time Fleet Administrator as required

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience reviewing contracts (T&Cs, leases, supplier agreements)
  • Strong numerical skills and Excel proficiency
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Practical, solutions-focused approach
