Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Mobile Phone Contract Renewal
- Obtain renewal pricing and T&Cs from supplier
- Compare against current contract and analyse costs, risks, and savings
- Lease Renewals
- Liaise with landlords and review new agreements against existing terms
- Negotiate pricing and terms
- Work with Office Manager on any site-related concerns
- Adobe Licences
- Review current licences and expiry dates
- Coordinate renewals and purchase additional licences as needed
- Facilities
- Source quotes for electrical repairs
- Arrange contractor to resolve floor socket issues
- IT & Systems
- Work with Wanstor to assess Papercut cloud migration and firewall upgrades
- Liaise with Southern Communications on contract renewal and pricing
- Onboarding & Equipment
- Support new starters with phone/laptop setup and procurement
- Coordinate with IT provider on user profiles
- Fleet Support
- Assist part-time Fleet Administrator as required
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience reviewing contracts (T&Cs, leases, supplier agreements)
- Strong numerical skills and Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Practical, solutions-focused approach
