About the Role

You’ll be the go-to expert for the organisation’s Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) platform, ensuring it runs smoothly and delivers maximum value. From onboarding suppliers and supporting users, to driving system enhancements and producing insightful reports — this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives on making systems work better for everyone.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Championing the P2P platform: Lead initiatives to improve how the system is used across the business, ensuring consistency and best practice.
  • Training & engagement: Deliver training sessions and create user-friendly guidance to help internal teams and suppliers get the most from the system.
  • Supplier onboarding: Manage the setup of new suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal standards and smooth integration into the platform.
  • System support: Act as second-line support for system queries, collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Data & reporting: Use system analytics to generate procurement KPIs and spend reports, helping shape procurement strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation & governance: Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for system processes, changes, and user guidance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Hands-on experience with a P2P or procurement system (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle).
  • A solid understanding of procurement processes and system workflows.
  • Strong communication skills — confident delivering training and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
