Join our industry-leading team as a Software Developer, where you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that support business operations and drive efficiency. You will work predominantly with internal stakeholders, focusing on our proprietary system, to meet and anticipate the evolving needs of our clients.
Day-to-day of the role:-
System Design & Development:
- Analyse user requirements and system specifications.
- Design and develop robust software solutions tailored to business needs.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
- Implement and maintain databases, APIs, and system integrations.

Testing & Debugging:
- Conduct various forms of testing including unit, integration, and system testing.
- Debug and resolve software issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure high software quality through both automated and manual testing methods.

System Maintenance & Support:
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Apply software updates, patches, and security fixes.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and documentation for users.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and IT teams.
- Effectively communicate technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Security & Compliance:
- Implement security best practices to protect data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage OSCAR security through third-party penetration testing and web scanning.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Research and adopt new technologies to enhance system functionality.
- Optimize existing applications for improved performance and efficiency.
- Proficiency in PHP
- Experience with MySQL database management, preferably hosted on Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with High Charts for reporting and Power BI.
- Experience in developing, updating, and managing internal CRM systems and various portals such as store, client admin, and installer portals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and innovation.
