We are seeking a Contractor PMO Analyst to join our Group Technology & Data team. This role involves providing portfolio management, governance, reporting, and coordination services across our change portfolio. The ideal candidate will support the effective operation of our delivery function by maintaining accurate portfolio information, coordinating governance activity, supporting demand and resource management, tracking risks and issues, and monitoring financial information.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Maintain and update project, programme, product, and portfolio information in Asana.
  • Ensure data quality, completeness, and timeliness in Asana.
  • Produce portfolio-level management information and reporting from Asana.
  • Support colleagues in using Asana consistently and in accordance with our Ways of Working.
  • Promote and maintain PMO guidance, templates, and supporting materials.
  • Coordinate and quality-assure inputs to governance meetings.
  • Maintain accurate information on current and forecast resource requirements.
  • Track contractor costs, professional services expenditure, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new joiners and ensure they are integrated into our systems and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Approximately 2-3 years’ experience as a PMO Analyst, Project Analyst, Portfolio Analyst, or similar.
  • Strong experience with Asana in a project, programme, product, PMO, or portfolio management environment.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, with strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of project and programme management principles, including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
