Part-Time Office Manager - Temporary role (5-6 months)
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Office Manager to help create an organised, welcoming, and engaging workplace environment in our London office. This hands-on role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while supporting employee wellbeing, workplace culture, and the delivery of exceptional service standards across the business.
This is an office-based position, working three days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, although this can be discussed).
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver initiatives that enhance workplace culture, employee engagement, and overall wellbeing.
- Manage office expenditure, process supplier invoices, and maintain accurate budget and spending records.
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related enquiries, meeting room bookings, visitor management, and workplace support requests.
- Ensure the office environment remains safe, tidy, and professional, including the upkeep of communal areas, office plants, and workplace amenities.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of internal and external events hosted within the office.
- Plan and maintain a calendar of social, wellbeing, and engagement activities throughout the year.
- Manage employee and visitor access passes, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Oversee the tracking and recording of company-issued equipment, including laptops, monitors, keyboards, and related accessories.
- Partner with the IT team to coordinate technology requirements for new starters and the collection, reallocation, or resetting of equipment for leavers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, ensuring services such as cleaning, maintenance, and waste management are delivered to a high standard.
- Monitor stock levels and arrange the purchase of office essentials, stationery, and kitchen provisions.
- Provide practical support to colleagues across the business as required and contribute to the wider success of the team.
