Partner Support Coordinator
Location: Maidstone, Kent (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours)
Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Partner Support Coordinator on behalf of our valued client. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is confident, proactive and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Partner Support Coordinator, you will support the wider sales team and play a key role in keeping partner activities running smoothly.
About the Role• Supporting the daily coordination of partner onboarding and partner account activity
• Acting as a key point of contact for partners and internal sales teams
• Keeping systems, records and reports up to date (CRM and internal platforms)
• Helping the team prepare materials for partner meetings, training sessions and marketing activity
• Monitoring partner progress and following up to keep everything on track
• Assisting with general administration and workflow tasks to support the overall sales programme
About You- Experience in an office or business support role (sales support or coordination desirable)
- Great communication skills and confidence speaking with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and use your initiative
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
- Keen to learn about technology, cloud services, SaaS or digital products (full training provided)
- Relevant and demonstratable experience in Sales Program Management within SaaS, XaaS, or cloud-based partner ecosystems, including direct contribution to revenue generation.
