Partnership Coordinator
REED Business Support are working with a UK-based charity and educational organisation that promotes computer science. Our client is entering an exciting phase of extending their educational products and programmes to include artificial intelligence (AI). In collaboration with leading tech giants, they are expanding their global reach through partnerships with educational organisations. They are seeking a Partnership Coordinator to support their Experience AI programme under the guidance of the Director of Global Partnerships.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide desk-based research to support the identification of mission-aligned potential partners globally based on set criteria.
- Support the onboarding of partners, including due diligence processes and checks, and assist in the grant management process as required.
- Coordinate activities such as training, liaising with the Learning and Marketing teams as needed.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of agreed priorities, organise internal and external meetings, including scheduling, distribution of agendas and papers, taking minutes, and following up on agreed actions.
- Support the processes through which the team collects user feedback and other data from partners in collaboration with the Impact team. Collate data and report on partner progress against deliverables as required.
- Help ensure that the Global Partnerships team is using the Foundation's business processes and productivity tools, such as Salesforce and Monday.com, effectively.
- Represent the Foundation to external stakeholders, including at training and other events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A highly organised approach to work, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in project management and business processes.
- Proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and a diverse range of tasks.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Able to analyse and present data comfortably with spreadsheets.
- Collaborative and comfortable working with colleagues from all parts of the organisation and external stakeholders.
- A commitment to the Foundation's mission and values, including on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Confident using a wide range of collaborative and productivity technologies and willing to learn new ones (e.g., G-Suite, Monday.com, Salesforce).
