Payroll Specialist  Central Manchester £31,000 salary Hybrid – 3 days WFH

Join a dynamic team delivering outsourced payroll services using Oracle Cloud technology. This role offers a blend of remote and office-based work, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and accurate payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process HR and payroll data to meet SLA targets
• Resolve payroll queries from employees, HMRC, and third parties
• Maintain confidentiality and data security
• Provide scheduled payroll reports and support service delivery
• Advise on UK payroll legislation and contribute to process improvements
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless service delivery
• Participate in UAT and onboarding of new clients

Requirements:

• Experience with Oracle HR and Payroll (Cloud or E-Business Suite)
• Strong UK payroll knowledge and legislation understanding
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Based in or commutable to Manchester city centre
