Join our team as a Power Apps Developer to lead the technical development of the Adult Social Care (ASC) rostering system using Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves working under the guidance of the Business Team and IT department to enhance, automate, and upgrade the in-progress rostering system, aiming to meet all outstanding requirements, improve scheduling efficiency, and deliver financial and operational benefits for ASC.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Collaborate with the Business Team and IT department to understand and meet project requirements.
- Ensure the Power Platform services are aligned with the organisational needs and are available within agreed SLAs.
- Adhere to all Information and Cyber Security requirements within the Power Platform.
- Manage immediate short-term faults/requests and plan, schedule, and deliver longer-term tasks through a Continuous Service Improvement mechanism.
- Ensure data governance and security compliance within Microsoft 365, including GDPR considerations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
- Deep understanding of data governance and security within Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of GDPR and its application within development projects.
- Experience ensuring that digital solutions meet Information and Cyber Security standards.
