Day-to-day of the role:

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytical tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL to analyze procurement data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• System Development and Enhancement: Lead the design and development of applications that support efficient procurement and supply chain operations, focusing on automation and data integration.
• KPI and Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
• Process Optimisation: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and enhance data quality through automation and improved system functionalities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure that procurement systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Analytical Expertise: Strong background in data analysis and management within procurement or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with data analytics tools and databases, including Power BI, Excel (advanced functions), and SQL.
• System Management: Proven track record in managing and enhancing business applications, with a focus on user experience and functionality.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and communicate these effectively to influence business decisions.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset, capable of tackling complex challenges in dynamic environments.
