Procurement Manager – 3-Month Contract (IT & Professional Services)

Location: London (Hybrid-working available 3 days per week in the office)

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our London-based Global Procurement (GSP) team on a 3-month contract. This is a hands-on role supporting critical procurement activity across IT, Non-IT, and Professional Services categories, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure and regulatory compliance.You’ll be joining a high-performing team during a period of increased demand, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver value and ensure procurement excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end procurement projects across IT and professional services.
• Ensure competitive, compliant, and cost-effective procurement practices.
• Conduct contract reviews and support regulatory remediation (e.g., DORA).
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and IT Security teams.
• Present financial data and procurement outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Use procurement tools such as Ivalua or Ariba to manage procurement workflows.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong background in IT procurement within financial services or a large corporate environment.
• Experience managing procurement projects in Non-IT and Professional Services.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and contract compliance.
