Location: Swindon / Hybrid Salary: Circa £57k Contract: Permanent, Full-time

You will have the option to work remotely for the majority of the time, with the expectation to be in the Swindon office when needed for team meetings or to see stakeholders (around once or twice a fortnight).
About the Role
As Procurement Manager, you’ll take ownership of high-value, complex categories including IT and Marketing. You’ll develop category strategies, lead negotiations, and provide expert guidance to stakeholders across the organisation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading end-to-end strategic sourcing for assigned categories.
- Developing category plans aligned to organisational goals and sustainability commitments.
- Driving commercial value and supplier performance through negotiation and relationship management.
- Supporting stakeholders with tactical sourcing and contract management.
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policy and relevant legislation.
What We’re Looking For
- CIPS qualified
- Proven experience in procurement or sourcing within a multi-site organisation.
- Expertise in IT and/or Marketing procurement, including strategic projects.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Additional Information
- Travel to Swindon and other sites will be required; a full driving licence is advantageous.
