Production Technician

Location: Bicester

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Position: Full Time Permanent Position

We are recruiting for a Production Technician to join a growing manufacturing business. This hands-on role will involve assembling, testing, programming, and inspecting electronic and mechanical products while supporting stock control and dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic and mechanical products
• Carry out product testing and quality inspections
• Program PCB assemblies and install firmware
• Manage and complete production works orders
• Support stock control and goods-in processes
• Prepare products for dispatch and shipment
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment

About You:

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Comfortable using hand tools and assembly equipment
• Basic IT skills
• Able to work independently and within a team

Desirable:

• Basic soldering skills
• ERP/MRP system knowledge
• Experience testing or programming electronic products
