A new exciting permanent opportunity has become available for an Professional Services Delivery Manager to lead the implementation and onboarding for Enterprise clients. This role involves leading a team of solution engineers, implementation specialists, solution architects, and project managers to build customized solutions that adapt the SaaS platform to their clients' Customer Support technology stacks and data reporting requirements.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead all customer implementation projects, ensuring seamless onboarding and value-enhancing custom development for our SaaS platform.
- Provide a consultative approach to understand clients’ specific Customer Support custom implementation requirements and propose and design solutions aligned with client needs and overall Product and Technology strategy.
- Prioritize, scope, and deliver work items with the Professional Services team, mentoring and growing the team.
- Act as the technical lead and principal solutions architect for all professional services projects.
- Articulate client requirements and act as the voice of the customer to the wider Leadership team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- First degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Implementation Management within a SaaS environment.
- 2+ years of direct people management in technical & client-facing teams.
- Deep familiarity with SaaS architecture, API-based integrations, and enterprise data migrations.
- Proficiency in Agile project management frameworks, with a deep exposure to Scrum being an advantage.
- Experience in articulating technical solutions to non-technical executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure
- An analytical and data-driven mindset with a natural curiosity and a deep interest in technology.
