My client is looking for a proactive and analytical Project Analyst to join their growing team in Waltham Abbey. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving digital change, improving business processes, and supporting technology adoption across a well-established organisation.

The Opportunity
Reporting into the Head of Digital Transformation, you'll support the delivery of key digital initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency, enhance business processes, and maximise the value of business systems and technology.
This is a varied role combining business systems support, business analysis, project delivery, process improvement, user training and stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with teams across the business to identify opportunities for improvement and help deliver solutions that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for core business applications and digital systems
- Investigate and resolve system and process-related issues
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Support digital transformation projects from conception through to implementation
- Assist with process mapping, workflow improvements and standardisation initiatives
- Support system enhancements, integrations, automation and reporting solutions
- Participate in testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Create and maintain user guides, training materials and system documentation
- Deliver training sessions and promote user adoption of digital tools
- Work with stakeholders across the business to drive continuous improvement
- Support governance, data quality and information management initiatives
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, data accuracy and user experience
What We're Looking For
- Exposure with supporting business applications, digital systems or technology-enabled business change
- Some experience gathering requirements or supporting process improvements
- Any experience creating process documentation, user guides and training materials would be beneficial
- Experience delivering user support, training or system demonstrations
- Strong use of MS Excel (not VBA/Macro level)
- Strong experience of Microsoft 365
- Confident communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
