- Location: Hook, Hampshire
- Job Type: Temporary Contract until End of October 2026 (with potential extension)
- Working Hours: 3 Days per Week, 9:00am - 5:00pm
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Digital Project Assistant to support the delivery of a significant ongoing project. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and collaborative team, providing vital project coordination and administrative support while gaining exposure to large-scale digital project delivery.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Support the day-to-day administration of a large digital project.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines and milestones.
- Monitor project dependencies and help identify potential risks and issues.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
- Coordinate meetings, actions, and project communications across stakeholders.
- Ensure project information is kept accurate, up to date, and accessible.
- Assist project managers in managing workloads, priorities, and deadlines.
- Help drive project progress by following up on outstanding actions and deliverables.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider project team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, Digital Administrator, or similar role.
- A good understanding of digital and technical project environments.
- Experience supporting projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Exposure to marketing projects or digital marketing environments would be advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
