Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for technology and coordination? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of  installation projects for maritime clients, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

• Coordinating multiple maritime communication system projects (NAVCOM/SATCOM)
• Supporting project delivery from planning through to completion
• Liaising with internal teams including field service, engineering and logistics
• Assisting with pre-sales activities, including cost estimates and bill of materials
• Supporting bid preparation and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Ensuring projects meet internal standards and customer expectations

• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with maritime electronics is a plus – or a willingness to train
• Comfortable using standard office applications and producing high-quality documentation
• Flexible with travel and adaptable to changing project needs
• Eligible for or able to obtain 5 year UK Security Clearance
