Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and maintain customer and project data within the company's CRM system.
- Support project delivery by coordinating schedules, activities, and key milestones.
- Ensure all client information, project updates, and documentation are accurately recorded.
- Generate reports and track project performance using CRM and internal systems.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide updates and resolve queries.
- Monitor workflows and ensure actions are completed within agreed timescales.
- Support sales, operations, and project teams with administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and data accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, CRM Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, or similar.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
