Project Manager

• Annual Salary: Circa £20 per hour plus holiday 
• Location: Chessington/Tolworth
• Job Type: Temporary (15 months), Hybrid (Remote working available)
• Working Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
• Full training provided

We are seeking a Workstream Manager with strong project management experience to lead the implementation of SAP within one of our clients business units. This role is crucial for coordinating cross-functional activities, supporting user testing, and ensuring the successful integration of SAP modules.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful SAP implementation.
• Identify appropriate users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare them effectively.
• Hands-on involvement in data extraction and input into test scripts.
• Facilitate system access for team members involved in the project.
• Oversee the planning and execution of business process testing in areas such as inbound stock, finance integration, and outbound sales.
• Manage project milestones to ensure timely delivery and smooth project flow.

• Proven experience in project management
• Strong understanding of SAP functionalities (desirable) and the ability to oversee its customisation and testing.
• Ability to coordinate and manage large-scale projects across different business functions.
• Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and team members.
• Experience in facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring effective preparation and execution.
