Join our team at Reed Professional Services, a management consultancy specialising in IT and financial services. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to work with our client's international team. This role is crucial in defining and delivering technology solutions within the International Parcels division of Royal Mail, a prestigious company with a rich history and a broad reach across the UK and Europe.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead projects such as USA Tariff adjustments, Parcel Visibility enhancements, and improvements in export services to Ireland.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Engage with stakeholders across various levels, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
• Utilise strong stakeholder management skills to navigate complex project environments and achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
• Drive innovation and problem-solving within the project team, fostering a creative and results-oriented environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering change projects within large, complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder and people management skills, capable of working with challenging stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored to a broad audience.
• Resilient and persistent, with the ability to maintain progress and resolve issues under pressure.
• Good delegation and negotiation skills, with a strong commercial acumen.
• Technical knowledge and experience to support the project team in issue resolution and escalation.
• Experience in both traditional and modern software/IT development lifecycles (Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall).
• Desirable: Knowledge of UK and international customs regulations, familiarity with HMRC's online services and tools, and previous experience in logistics or consultancy sectors.
