Reed Professional Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for defining and delivering technology solutions within the International Parcels division. The successful candidate will be involved in Customer Development projects, with more details provided at the interview stage.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Lead and manage technology projects within the International Parcels division, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive the implementation of project initiatives, focusing on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align project objectives and activities.
- Utilize a variety of project management methodologies, including Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall, to achieve project goals.
- Oversee the resolution of issues and escalate concerns as necessary to ensure project success.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering change initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder and people management skills, capable of engaging with complex stakeholders.
- Highly proficient in both verbal and written communication, tailored to diverse audiences.

- Commercially astute with experience in managing value-driven supplier and partner relationships.
- Solid technical understanding to support project teams effectively.
- Innovative and solutions-focused, with comprehensive knowledge of various software development lifecycles.
