We are seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to join a growing Claims Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional who thrives on taking ownership of delivery, maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams, and collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

You will play a key role in delivering business projects that support innovative products and services for the insurance sector, ensuring successful outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery from initiation through to successful completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables aligned to business priorities.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring delivery remains on track.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues before they impact delivery.
  • Monitor progress against agreed milestones and provide regular stakeholder updates.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Ensure all project outputs meet agreed quality standards and business expectations.

About You

We're looking for someone who can confidently balance multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on delivery and outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Manager role.
  • Relevant project management qualification.
  • Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end.
  • Ability to translate high-level stakeholder requirements into detailed project plans and briefs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Practical, solution-focused approach to problem solving and risk management.

Desirable

  • PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent certification.
