Project Manager – Security Cleared (MoD Programme)

Location: Scotland (Edinburgh preferred, Glasgow considered)Security Clearance: SC or DV.

Rate : £500 p/day (inside IR35).

The Opportunity

We are supporting a major, multi-year Ministry of Defence delivery programme and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale, secure WAN and infrastructure projects within a highly regulated defence environment.

This role will suit a confident and capable Project Manager who enjoys operating in complex delivery landscapes, managing stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers, and delivering against demanding contractual and governance frameworks.

The role involves regular travel to customer and delivery sites across the UK, with the primary base in the Scottish region.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of assigned projects in line with agreed scope, cost, schedule and quality baselines
• Working under the direction of the Programme Manager and Senior Project Managers
• Management and coordination of project resources, including architects, engineers, installation teams and subcontractors
• Confirmation and management of customer requirements through the project lifecycle
• Oversight of site surveys, installations, hardware staging and secure delivery
