Project Manager (6-Month FTC)
Are you passionate about digital transformation and project management? We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Project Manager to join a client on a six-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role Working closely with the Digital Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving high-priority digital projects that support the delivery of our Digital Strategy and Future Shape initiatives. You’ll work across organisational boundaries as part of a digitally focused team, helping to transform how we deliver services and support our staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic digital projects and programmes of change, ensuring effective delivery of agreed outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues and partner organisations to implement digital service and business transformation.
- Break down silos and champion a joined-up approach that puts residents at the heart of service delivery.
- Develop project briefs, scoping documentation, and business cases, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage project teams, maintain programme plans, and embed a culture of customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with external agencies to facilitate partnership approaches to business delivery and change implementation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, policies, and business procedures.
- Provide professional advice and best practice guidance across service areas.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency savings, and new income streams.
About You
- Outcome-focused, with a strong commitment to putting residents at the centre of service delivery.
- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex digital projects.
- Excellent communicator, able to engage and support teams at all levels.
- Skilled in project management, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
