We are looking for someone who has a natural curiosity for how processes work and enjoys adding value through thoughtful investigation and problem-solving. If you enjoy working with data, supporting colleagues, and managing varied day-to-day tasks, this could be the perfect next step in your career.Day-to-Day Responsibilities* Provide accurate and timely information to internal colleagues on an ad-hoc basis, often with varying levels of urgency.* Run routine daily, weekly, and monthly processes with fixed deadlines.* Support peers and senior colleagues with a variety of requests, including investigations and feedback.* Work closely with external suppliers to ensure internal colleagues receive the correct information.* Develop duties and responsibilities working towards owning specific processes, routines, or software areas.Key Requirements* Previous experience with data tables and/or logical problem-solving is essential.* An investigative mindset with a strong desire to understand and improve processes.* Strong Excel skills are a must; Access knowledge is a bonus (end-user level is fine).
