SAP Systems Support – Finance, S/4 Hana, Tickets, User Support

My client based in London is looking for an SAP Systems Support Specialist for an initial 3 month contract with the potential to extend

Please note this is a hybrid role with 2 days per week based in the London office and the rest remote

Purpose: Provide end-user support for SAP systems (primarily SAP S/4HANA, with some SAP Analytics Cloud and Ariba).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve support tickets (queries, errors, master data requests, access issues).
• Support finance and procurement users across areas like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Banking, Project Systems.
• Assist with master data maintenance and user access.
• Testing system changes and understanding new functionalities from SAP upgrades.
• Create process guides and documentation.

Experience:

• Finance background (to understand user needs).
• Testing experience for system changes/fixes.
• Exposure to multiple SAP modules (AP, AR, GL, Projects, Banking).
• Familiarity with procurement processes and Ariba (desirable)
