SEO Executive
AI & SEO Specialist Role:
REED Business Support are representing our client who are a high-performing, collaborative Marketing and Business Development team with a strong digital focus. They are seeking an experienced AI & Search Optimisation Specialist to drive high-quality leads, enhance our brand, and position our practice as thought leaders in the industry. This role is perfect for someone passionate about traditional SEO and excited by AI-driven search innovations.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Implement SEO improvements across on-page elements, structured data, and site architecture.
- Optimise content for performance in traditional search and AI-enhanced discovery channels.
- Maintain and refine SEO and content processes to ensure best practices are consistently applied.
- Audit and enhance structured data and resolve visibility issues.
- Manage and grow our backlink profile through targeted outreach and relationship building.
- Publish and optimise content on external platforms to strengthen brand visibility and authority.
- Support technical audits focused on maximising site performance in emerging search environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
- Active interest in emerging AI-driven search experiences and technologies.
- Familiarity with AI models and tools that support search and content strategies.
- Awareness of current AI-related search conversations in the SEO community.
- Proficiency with WordPress, GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.
- Comfortable working with schema markup and structured data.
- Forward-thinking, innovative, and hands-on approach.
