Account Manager – Near Hungerford
£28,000–£32,000 + Uncapped Commission (expected £6–8k in Year 1) Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and developing relationships with around 150 IT accounts
- Generating new business through proactive outbound calls
- Promoting the company’s full range of products
- Growing revenue within your portfolio
- Representing the business professionally when speaking with customers and visiting clients
This is a sales role, so confidence, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach are essential.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Recruitment Someone confident on the phone who enjoys building rapport A natural communicator with genuine drive Happy working in a hybrid structure and managing a busy call-based schedule Not suitable for candidates coming solely from admin or customer service backgrounds
Location & Travel
- Office is based near Hungerford
- Driver preferred, unless you can easily get to Hungerford train station
