Business & Data Analyst - Inflight Entertainment and Digital Media

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and innovation across various platforms including Inflight Entertainment (IFE), digital products, OTT platforms, and airline media sales.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Commercial & Business Development Analytics: Analyze airline passenger data and media performance to uncover revenue opportunities. Support business development efforts with data-backed insights for RFPs and proposals.
  • Media & Marketing Performance Analysis: Optimize advertising performance across digital channels, build dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, and contribute to data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Product & Data Strategy Support: Work closely with Product teams to develop data-driven IFE and OTT products, define KPIs, and explore data monetization opportunities.
  • Data Engineering & Automation: Utilize Python to develop data pipelines, automate reporting processes, and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms.
  • Business Development Tools & Systems Management: Optimize the use of CRM and BI tools, support pipeline analysis, and maintain data consistency across systems.
  • Market & Industry Insights: Conduct research on emerging trends in aviation and digital media, and translate these insights into actionable business strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field with 3-6 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in media, aviation, or digital platforms is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and familiarity with cloud environments is preferred.
  • Business Development & Analytics Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Analytical & Commercial Skills: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to build financial models, understand media KPIs, and develop sales strategies from complex data sets.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
