 What You’ll Be Doing

• Source and engage top IT talent (think Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Run the full 360 recruitment process with confidence
• Build strong candidate and client relationship
• Spot new business opportunities and grow your accounts
• Pitch solutions, negotiate, and close with style
• Use data and insight to drive performance — not guesswork

What You Bring

• 1–3 years’ recruitment experience (IT a bonus!)
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, commercially minded approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without breaking a sweat
• Credibility, energy, and a drive to exceed expectations
