Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand clients’s market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor performance metrics using CRM tools and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Coach, mentor, and support the professional development of sales team members.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
