We're recruiting for a Marketing & Sales Automation Manager to join a successful and growing business in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining marketing technology, data analytics and sales operations to deliver measurable business results.
Working closely with both sales and marketing teams, you'll take ownership of marketing automation platforms, lead nurturing programmes, reporting frameworks and revenue operations processes. You'll play a key role in optimising customer engagement, improving lead conversion and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise marketing automation platforms, workflows and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Build, launch and analyse multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Develop customer journeys that improve engagement, conversion and retention.
- Implement lead scoring models and audience segmentation strategies.
- Ensure CRM and campaign data is maintained accurately.
- Support sales automation processes, lead routing and lifecycle management.
- Drive alignment between sales and marketing through shared reporting and processes.
- Create dashboards and performance reports covering lead generation, conversion and ROI.
- Develop attribution models and provide actionable commercial insights.
- Act as the internal expert for marketing and sales automation platforms, integrations and data governance.
About You
- At least 2 years' experience managing marketing and sales automation platforms.
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar automation system.
- Strong understanding of campaign management, customer journeys and lead nurturing.
- Experience working with CRM systems and pipeline reporting.
- Ability to build dashboards and translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Good understanding of GDPR and data compliance requirements.
Desirable Experience
- B2B marketing environment.
- Revenue Operations (RevOps) knowledge.
- Google Analytics, WordPress and Smartsheet experience.
- Exposure to AI-driven marketing technologies.
- Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
