Location: WFH / Hybrid Working Available Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 DOE Reporting to: Sales Director
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Support & CRM Coordinator to work closely with our client's branch offices, installers, and sales teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and progressing sales opportunities throughout our lengthy project lifecycle, which typically ranges from 3 to 18 months.
This role will focus on monitoring and following up on early-stage quotations, maintaining regular contact with customers and stakeholders, and ensuring opportunities are nurtured effectively before being handed over to the sales team when they are approaching order placement.
Alongside sales support responsibilities, the role will include administrative ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, ensuring all interactions and opportunities are accurately recorded, reports and dashboards are maintained, and the system remains clean, organised, and effective for the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Monitor and manage early-stage quotations and project opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers, installers, and branch offices to track project progress.
- Maintain engagement throughout project lifecycles, which can range from 3 to 18 months.
- Identify opportunities that are nearing order stage and transfer them to the appropriate sales team member for final conversion.
- Ensure all customer interactions, communications, and updates are accurately logged within the CRM system.
- Work closely with branch managers, estimators, installers, and sales teams to maintain visibility of project pipelines.
- Assist with lead qualification and opportunity management.
- Support sales forecasting by maintaining accurate and up-to-date opportunity data.
CRM Administration & Reporting
- Act as a key administrator for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
- Maintain data quality through regular housekeeping, cleansing, and system audits.
- Create and manage CRM dashboards, reports, and sales performance metrics.
- Develop and distribute regular pipeline and activity reports.
- Ensure CRM processes and workflows are followed consistently across the business.
- Provide first-line support and guidance to CRM users.
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM utilisation and reporting capabilities.
- Support the implementation of new CRM features, processes, and best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, customer service, or CRM-focused role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Experience using CRM systems on a daily basis.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to analyse data and produce meaningful reports.
- Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience creating CRM reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Microsoft Power Platform would be advantageous.
