Salesforce Developer

If you’re a Salesforce Developer based in the North East, you’ll know opportunities like this don’t come around often.

This is your chance to join a dedicated, in-house Salesforce practice where you won’t just maintain systems, you’ll develop modern solutions, influence technical direction, and accelerate your career alongside experienced Salesforce specialists and other Software Developers.

You’ll be working in a genuinely complex, enterprise-level Salesforce environment supporting ~200 users across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud giving you exposure that’s difficult to find regionally.

Why this role stands out

  • Learn from experienced Salesforce Developers — work closely with a team who will support your growth and technical development
  • Modern tech focus - actively migrating from Aura/Visualforce to Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • End-to-end exposure - from architecture and integrations through to delivery and support
  • Real business impact -your work directly supports core operations across the organisation
  • Variety - no “ticket factory” here; you’ll solve complex, real-world Salesforce challenges

A manager who will genuinely develop your career

  • You’ll report directly into the Engineering Manager who has a 20 year + career of building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
  • This isn’t just a line manager — it’s an opportunity to learn from someone who has built, scaled, and matured development teams, and who actively invests in the growth of the people around them. They believe that nobody is an expert, everyone has room to learn and they're an advocate of continuous development.

For a Salesforce Developer looking to level up, this kind of mentorship can make a huge difference to your long-term career trajectory.

The role
