Salesforce Marketing Operations Specialist

I am hiring for a Marketing Operations & Digital Specialist to support UK marketing activity within a global organisation operating in the technology / B2B services space. This role plays a critical part in driving marketing performance through robust systems, clean data, insightful reporting and hands-on digital optimisation.

You’ll work closely with UK and global teams to deliver efficient, data-driven marketing campaigns while helping to scale paid search performance. This position offers excellent long-term progression, exposure to global stakeholders, and the opportunity to develop into senior marketing operations, digital performance or global roles.

For the right person, this role can be highly hybrid or predominantly remote, with only occasional office attendance required.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the build and execution of end-to-end UK marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Ensure marketing systems, processes and data flows operate efficiently and consistently
  • Maintain and improve workflow automation to drive scalability and standardisation
  • Identify gaps in processes, technology or data and provide clear improvement recommendations
  • Maintain accurate, well-structured marketing data across platforms
  • Oversee audience segmentation accuracy, data hygiene and lead-routing workflows
  • Manage lead import processes and ensure efficient distribution to sales (SDRs and commercial teams)
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting frameworks for UK marketing performance
  • Analyse multi-channel campaign results, identifying trends and performance drivers
  • Produce regular performance reporting with insights and optimisation suggestions
  • Work closely with the Global Paid Media team to run, optimise and scale UK paid search campaigns
  • Execute ad copy testing, landing page alignment and audience refinement
  • Monitor performance to maximise ROI, ROAS, conversion quality and efficiency
  • Identify UK-specific growth opportunities and feed insights into global paid media strategy

What we need from you:

  • Strong, hands-on experience using Salesforce for lead management, reporting and workflows 
  • Experience with Google Ads and paid search optimisation desireable
  • Confident working with CRM and marketing automation platforms 
  • Highly analytical with the ability to integrate and interpret data from multiple sources
  • Able to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
