We’re recruiting a fully remote SAP Administrator to support a global business in delivering smooth, accurate and efficient order and supply chain processes. This role offers an excellent pathway from temporary to permanent employment within a well-established international organisation.
About the Role
As a SAP Administrator, you will be at the centre of the business support function, ensuring seamless processing of customer orders, purchase orders, and logistics administration. You’ll act as the go-to SAP contact for internal teams and provide excellent service to customers from a home-based setup.
This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is confident navigating SAP to support business-critical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management
- Accurately process and maintain customer orders within SAP, ensuring data integrity.
Procurement Support
- Raise and track purchase orders, liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers remotely.
Logistics Coordination
- Support the dispatch of goods by coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams.
Invoicing
- Generate accurate invoices promptly after dispatch in line with company procedures.
Customer Communication
- Act as a contact point for customers, providing updates on orders, deliveries, and general queries.
SAP Data Management
- Create and maintain part codes, stock records and other SAP data (training provided).
Internal Support
- Provide colleagues with support on stock, data, and system queries.
General Administration
- Carry out a range of administrative tasks to support wider business operations.
What We’re Looking For
- SAP Experience: Hands-on SAP experience in a business environment is essential.
- Organisation: Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, especially while remote.
- Communication: Clear, professional communication with both customers and internal teams.
- Team Player: Collaborative approach with the ability to work independently.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry, documentation, and process management.
- Experience: Background in business support, administration, supply chain or logistics is highly desirable.
