Are you an experienced SAP user with a passion for organisation, customer service, and operational efficiency? We’re recruiting a fully remote SAP Administrator to support a global business in delivering smooth, accurate and efficient order and supply chain processes. This role offers an excellent pathway from temporary to permanent employment within a well-established international organisation.

About the Role

As a SAP Administrator, you will be at the centre of the business support function, ensuring seamless processing of customer orders, purchase orders, and logistics administration. You’ll act as the go-to SAP contact for internal teams and provide excellent service to customers from a home-based setup.

This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is confident navigating SAP to support business-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

  • Accurately process and maintain customer orders within SAP, ensuring data integrity.

Procurement Support

  • Raise and track purchase orders, liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers remotely.

Logistics Coordination

  • Support the dispatch of goods by coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams.

Invoicing

  • Generate accurate invoices promptly after dispatch in line with company procedures.

Customer Communication

  • Act as a contact point for customers, providing updates on orders, deliveries, and general queries.

SAP Data Management

  • Create and maintain part codes, stock records and other SAP data (training provided).

Internal Support

  • Provide colleagues with support on stock, data, and system queries.

General Administration

  • Carry out a range of administrative tasks to support wider business operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • SAP Experience: Hands-on SAP experience in a business environment is essential.
  • Organisation: Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, especially while remote.
  • Communication: Clear, professional communication with both customers and internal teams.
  • Team Player: Collaborative approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry, documentation, and process management.
  • Experience: Background in business support, administration, supply chain or logistics is highly desirable.
