Scheduler
Scheduler
Salary: £30,000
4-6 weeks temp hybrid Location: King's Lynn, Norfolk when in the office 1 day a week
If you enjoy planning, organising workloads, solving problems, and coordinating multiple activities simultaneously, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
The Role
As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all change management and provisioning activities across multiple client environments.
You will ensure that engineers, equipment, suppliers, and client requirements are aligned to deliver services within agreed timescales and service levels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently.

You will ideally have:
- Excellent planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
- Confidence communicating with clients, engineers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Previous experience in scheduling, resource planning, coordination, logistics, or service delivery environments.
- The ability to work effectively within a fast-moving operational team.
- Experience using service management, scheduling, or workforce planning systems would be advantageous.
- Whilst not essential, an interest in technology or previous experience within an IT services environment would be beneficial.
