Scrum Master - Contract - SC/DV clearance - Hybrid Working

Our defence client is looking or a Scrum Master on a contract basis to work in their office in Hampshire with hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives
• Backlog management and prioritisation with Product Owner
• Define and maintain “Definition of Done” and acceptance criteria
• Track agile metrics: velocity, burn-down, cycle time, predictability
• Coach teams on agile mindset and continuous improvement
• Remove blockers and enable delivery alignment

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a product management context.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and agile principles.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.
• Security or DV clearance is essential.

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday, hybrid working with flexibility to travel to Basingstoke, Bracknell, and other UK sites as required.
