Contract Type: Contract Location: Midlands Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 Months Rate: Outside IR35

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support agile delivery across digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
• Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and priorities
• Track and report on sprint progress and team performance
• Promote Agile best practices across the organisation

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) desirable
