Location: East Dulwich, South East London Hours: Full Time, 8:00am - 4:00pm Start Date: 1st September Duration: Likely until December Pay: Competitive daily rate, dependent on experience

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded secondary school in East Dulwich for a General Cover Teacher to join them from September.

This is a full-time position covering a range of subjects across the school, with a particular focus on KS3 Computing, PSHE and English. The role will also involve providing additional general cover where required.

The Role:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across the school
• Mainly covering KS3 Computing, PSHE and English
• Providing general classroom cover as needed
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring pupils remain engaged with their learning
• No planning or marking required

The Ideal Candidate:

• QTS is desirable, although experienced cover supervisors will also be considered
• Previous experience in a secondary school setting
• Confident leading classes across different subjects
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Reliable, adaptable and available for the full duration of the assignment
